This page lets Reconnect by Georgia Sterling users request deletion of their app account and associated data. Reconnect is provided by AMS CAP Services LLC.
Request deletion in the app
- Open Reconnect and sign in.
- Open your Profile or account settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the request.
Request deletion without the app
Email contact@amscapdev.com from the email address associated with your Reconnect account. Use the subject line Reconnect account deletion request.
Include the account email address and a brief statement confirming that you want the Reconnect account and associated data deleted. Do not send your password. We may ask for limited information needed to verify account ownership.
Data deleted with the account
After a verified request, we delete or anonymize data associated with the Reconnect account, including, as applicable:
- Account and profile information.
- Relationship, onboarding and preference information.
- Georgia’s AI conversations, check-ins, saved reflections and guided-program progress.
- Files and images intentionally uploaded to app features.
- Community posts, comments, messages and other user-created content associated with the account, subject to technical and legal requirements.
- Internal usage and entitlement records that are not required to be retained.
Information that may be retained
Limited records may be retained only when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, tax or accounting obligations, or enforcement of our terms. Any retained information is kept only for the period required for that purpose. Purchase records held by Apple or Google are governed by those platforms’ own policies. De-identified or aggregated information that can no longer identify a user may also remain.
Timing
We generally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law. We will confirm when the request has been processed or explain any lawful retention that applies.
